Overview
AssociationREADY is seeking an addition to our Technical Support team. Ideal candidate should have proven knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports. Responsibilities will include answering email and phone support questions related to a custom web-based application. Analyst will take incoming calls while maintaining a steady email case load. Candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills as well as verbal and written communications skills. Candidate should be totally COMMITTED to the customer service experience and should have a positive attitude and be RELIABLE.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Msft Sql Server 2008- query, view and stored procedure writing and design
- Crystal Reports creation/design
- Previous Web Application Support Experience (phone and email)
- Excellent Communication (phone and email)
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong QA Testing Practices
- Software Requirement Capture and Writing skills
Experience coding with vb.netor asp.net a decided PLUS
